Today is something to be grateful for because the reality is, it could very well be your last day.

I know how tough that can be to swallow when you’re not used to hearing this. Or maybe you have and make it part of your daily life.

The reality check I want to share today is about welcoming death.

Too often than not we are ignorant of death. We think we have plenty of time to do the things we want to do. Plenty of time to listen to others. Plenty of time to do the very thing you’ve been meaning to do. Plenty of time to call your friend or family and talk with them. Plenty of time to play with your kids another day.

At any time, it could be the very last moment you experience.

Now I’m not sharing this to be harsh or anything. I’m sharing this so that it can be an enlightening way for you to see and experience life.

This could be the last email you read. This could be the last time you look at your phone or computer screen. The podcast I’ve recorded could be the very last one you listen to, but likely a very important one.

This is a very powerful way to teach us so much about life.

It’s also very powerful to feel more grateful about life and be present in every moment you experience.

I’ve recorded a podcast on this where I elaborate more into this.

It’s so powerful that I actually started to cry when I recorded it.

Always remember that death is inevitable. It’s a fact of life and at any moment it can happen.

Every moment could be the very last time you get to experience it.

Each moment could be the last time you see your loved ones…
…could be the last time you see your kids.
…could be the last time you see your family.
…could be the last time you see nature.
…could be the last time you see the sun.
…could be the last time you heart the sound of chirping birds.
…could be the last time you take a breath.

Appreciate each and every moment.

Be present in every moment.

Enjoy every moment.

Because again this moment could be the very last moment you experience.

Love, presence, liberation, gratitude to you…
